Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Returns are accepted only when an item is faulty. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect order. We will only accept returns for items damaged in transit if you choose registered postage in checkout.

HOW do customers return items?
Please contact us to resolve any issues before returning. Items that are returned without contact will be rejected and returned to you, the customer.

SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates are refundable should your item be faulty. Customer pays return postage if an item is found to be in original condition and not faulty. This will  be debited from the refund amount before your refund is processed. False claims of a faulty product will result in the immediate rejection of the return and the item(s) will be sent back to you.

CREDIT for returns?
Approved faulty items can either be refunded or credited towards future purchases.

Instore return option?
Returns are not accepted in person. If you wish to come in and browse our store in Croydon Park, NSW - please email to make an appointment.

Packing materials?
Please keep your envelope that your item was packed in. Should you require a return, you will need to place your item inside with our address on the back, seal it up and return to sender. Please contact us before doing so for further return instructions at
